Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Preferred Candidates: Applicants from Lucknow or currently residing in Lucknow will be given preference.
Job Summary
The Graduate Trainee Engineer (Civil) will assist in the planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical industry experience under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of civil engineering projects.Support site supervision and project coordination activities.
- Monitor construction progress and maintain project records.Assist in quality control and quality assurance processes.
- Prepare project reports, estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and quality requirements.
- Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
- Knowledge of estimation, quantity surveying, and project documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional work environment.
