β Conduct training sessions on communication skills, interview skills, presentation skills, workplace readiness, and professional etiquette
β Prepare students for internship and placement opportunities through structured training interventions
β Collaborate with mentors and placement teams to identify role-specific training needs
β Engage, mentor, and guide students to enhance their employability and career readiness
β Leverage modern tools, technology, and AI platforms to create impactful learning experiences
πͺπ²βπΏπ² ππΌπΌπΈπΆπ»π΄ ππΌπΏ:
πΈ Minimum 5 years of training experience
πΈ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
πΈ Strong presentation and student engagement abilities
πΈ Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools
πΈ A creative and proactive trainer with innovative learning approaches
πΈ Industry or corporate exposure will be an added advantage
