Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated R&D Engineer – Lithium-Ion Battery to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, testing, validation, and performance optimization of lithium-ion battery cells, modules, and battery packs. This role requires strong technical knowledge of battery technologies, Battery Management Systems (BMS), safety standards, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct testing and validation of lithium-ion battery cells, modules, and battery packs.
Analyze battery performance, efficiency, and lifecycle characteristics.
Perform Battery Management System (BMS) integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Carry out failure analysis and identify root causes of battery-related issues.
Ensure compliance with battery safety standards, regulations, and testing protocols.
Prepare technical reports, test documentation, and research findings.
Research and evaluate emerging battery technologies, materials, and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Lithium-Ion Battery Fundamentals.
Knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS).
Experience in Battery Testing and Validation.
Data Analysis and Interpretation.Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking.
Technical Documentation and Report Writing.
